Since we now know that everyone loves a good video game-related list, let's jump over to PWNorDIE for a compilation of the eleven worst virtual jobs. Fallout 2's "Expert Excrement Expeditor" perk and "Fluffer" job, as well as Fallout 3's "Doctor for the Ghouls" score mentions:

“8 years of medical school for this?”

Doctor Barrows is the resident doctor in the Underworld. This guy is in charge of medical treatment for necrotic post-humans that are decrepit, ragged, rotting, zombie-like mutants who were victims of massive radiation poisoning. Needless to say, there are not too many medical charts on the subject of mutant humans. Sure the pay is steady, but nobody is getting any better and it certainly stinks. Sounds like fun right?
