Help with quest " Spies"

I'm having a lot of trouble locating the two spies in Bruma after you killed that women outside of Cloud Ruler Temple. If someone could tell em where to find them it'd be a lot of help. Thanks.

i did this quest yesterday.. it went like this.:
1: got quest and broke ni the house of Jear* (<--something like that)*
2: picked up a note and went trough the gave where i encountered Jear* and killed her.
3:went back to cloud ruler and heard i had to kill 2 spies, so i went back for the second 1.
4: i walked a bit around town.. than enterd the tunnel beneath the house from the outside of town.. ans encoutered the second spie...
5: ended quest with Jauffre.
