dragon cuirass...where is it???

someone in another forum, mentioned he found a dragon cuirass that fortified armor by about 200 points, and that he found it in a sunken ship somewhere...

called dragon something...anybody know where it is??? i forgot to save th html page in my morrowind cheats directory in hard drive...

sigh...

Muldan grotto, on the south side of an island southwest of Ebonheart. Hard to spot the entrance.
