Suran Council Club
I have spent the last hour or so trailing all over Suran... again and again in search of the Council Club that is supposed to be there. I need to recover 200 G from a Helvianne Descle for the fighter's guild in Balmora... but so far I have had no success at all finding the damn place.
Does anyone here happen to know where it is?

Re: Suran Council Club - SPOILER
This is an evil quest. You should talk to Percius Mercius at the Ald Ruhn fighter's guild if you haven't done so already.

The Vivic fighter's guild leaders are in cahoots with the Commona Tong. If you talk Percius he will advise you as to which quests are okay and which are evil. Of course you can play the evil quests if you want to - I did the first time thru when I didn't know any better. Also you don't have to do any of the Vivic FG quests to advance or to become the Grandmaster of the FG. Only a couple of their quests are legit.

*sigh* I unfortunately have already done the quest, as well as the one where I had to kill the orc in Balmora..
The reason I thought they might be okay is that those with questionable morals I have done for the mage's guild have allowed me the option of lying to the guild. For example, instead of killing the "necromancer" at Mar Gan I was able to suggest she go into hiding...
But the fighter guild quests did not grant me options like that so I thought they might be legit. I'll definitely go to chat with Percius Mercius, thanks for the advice!
So far the FG quests from the guild at Sadrith Mora seem pretty on the level at least.

Killing the orc in Balmora is OK. Chatting with Percius about every quest given in Balmora is worth your time - since doing so will provide an alternate way of finishing the less legitimate quests. If you're Thieves Guild, or just want to play the 'good' route, avoid quests from the Vivec branch like the plague. If asked, Percius vouches for the Sadrith Mora branch - so those quests are all legit.
