recharging enchanted items

Where can i hire someone to recharge my weapons i started agian so i dont have acces to acane university yet but i need to charge what guild or shp can i do it in and where is it

I think Rindier in Rinders Staffs shop in the Imperial city may recharge your weapons. I also think at least one person in a guild hall recharges also.

Paying to recharge is very expensive. I have never payed for this service because it costs so much.

Explore an Ayleid ruin and you might find some varla stones which recharge all your magical items at one time free of charge.

If you have a soul trap spell, you can fill soul gems and recharge that way.
