   My character seemingly at random throws knives or goes through dual wield combos. Is there a way to control these?
   
   Edit: if I am running forward it seems to dual wield more.

   It used to be you'd press Q to switch between melee and ranged attacks. Now the game selects for you based on your currently targeted enemy. I mostly keep my ranged weapon in my inventory to avoid it.
