I really like Bloodlines, and was wondering if anyone could recommend other games that were equally enjoyable.

It depends a lot on which type of games you like and what you've played.
If you're looking for another game like Bloodlines, well there really aren't any. The other title set in the White Wolf universe - Vampire the Masquerade: Redemption is a bit dated now (though graphics and game play aren't that dated) and should be cheap. It's not as good as Bloodlines but it might be worth your time, particularly if you like some of the game feel that Bloodlines conjured up. Keep in mind, its a very different game in terms of game play and storytelling. It's still a good action RPG type game.
Likewise, the Deus Ex titles combine the RPG/Stealth/FPS elements into a single game, much like Bloodlines does. Well, they do so in different ways, but its a similar gameplay concept.
If you're looking for games with good story I'm enjoying the new X-Box "Jade Empire" title by Bioware. The two KoTOR titles are also worth playing in that they combine entertaining gameplay with good stories.
If you've never played the Baldur's Gate titles or Planescape Torment, I recommend those games as well. They require you have some appreciation for more traditional D&D type RPGs, but they are great games.
Oh, and we had another thread a couple months ago from someone wanting games like Bloodlines. You might get some ideas from looking at it, though I think it gets off track at some point (go figure...):

Try Thief series... but don't go back too much in time though. Also, try Hitman 2 and Hitman: Contracts. These are action-adventure, you won't gain experience but they are great games. Bloodlines without the xp making and without all the scary monsters...
If you like storytelling then, yes, KOTORs are good, especially the first one.
Most of all though I strongly recomend Redemption because I felt that you get more answers about the vampire world than in Bloodlines. You understand what's with the Society of Leopold or Geovanni and especially you get an insight on all the clans.
