Athletics
The Athletics skill represents the time spent in exercising a character's physique. Spending points in this skill increases your physical ability scores.

Recommendation: 2/5 - Generally, focusing on Armors is a bit more effective than simply boosting your Health, but Athletics also helps to improve your resistances. The Endurance upgrade can also save on quite a bit of food, a worthwhile consideration later in the game when it becomes scarce. The +100 Health bonus at the end is massive, but not really worth saving up for. Consider getting this one for Endurance, but you're better off looking elsewhere for defense.
