Bethesda Softworks Sues Interplay Over Fallout Online |

On Tuesday, Bethesda finally ponied up and filed a lawsuit against Interplay for trademark infringement since they hadn't met the imposed April 4th deadline on securing funds for Fallout Online/Project V13. It's hard to say how this one is going to ultimately shake out since Interplay teamed up with Masthead Studios 24 hours prior to the deadline, but my guess is that V13 is dead in the water.
