Ah well .. another bug (clearly) - if you take the lady at the Pirate's Inn out for a walk, you fall .. even if you've not been offered, or accepted, the associated quest.

Manual problems:

The columns for AC and max Dexterity bonus, for the various types of armor are swapped over in the manual (also in the .pdf version).

There is no mention of the XP penalty for death/resurrection in the manual.

The manual mentions bonus spells for high INT wizards ...

Yep, this whole game seems to be a 'Paladin trap' .. you can also fall for admitting to the priest on ToEE dungeon L1 that you have killed the snake he wanted you to dispose of.
