I was careful that I only accepted quests to get the classes I wanted. I had adept as my main class, completed the quest with the candle on the altar, and completed the charging of the crystal, but when I'd talked to the priest it skipped the dialogue of him telling me I'd been promoted and went ...

I didn't get either skill. Does it have anything to do with being a Thrall?

I also loaded another save from after I got the quest, but before I charged the crystal and it was the same outcome.

I've done the quest where you charge the crystal in the drake nests area, but when I bring the charged crystal back to the priests they don't give me the option to promote, they just talk about the shrines of power quest and the celestial class icon remains greyed out. Is there something I'm missing ...
