How about NO FREAKIN DEAD ENDS. I'm stuck in the asylum because I didn't happen to stock up on wooden stakes of all things, silly me. So now I can't kill Dace to get his hand to move on to the next level. So basically I'm trapped.

There should ALWAYS be a way for a player to get out of a situation ...

This is so dumb.

The chart shows up twice in the book, but it only shows the effects of the different degrees of specialization.

The charts do not show how often each class gets points to add to their weapons specialization.

I need to know how many more points I'm going to get before I waste this point on a weapon ...

I'd really like to know at what levels each class gets an additional point to spend on weapons proficiencies. I have a kensai-mage, dual class, with 4 points in longsword, and she's level 9/11. I'd like to put points into katanas since I just found the Celestial Star, but I don't want to put a point ...

I've also found that gauths are quite susceptible to the "hold monster" spell, since it has an area effect.

Equalizer sucks? I was thinking that +3thaco/+6dmg is pretty good, since half the time the stuff you are hacking is evil or undead. +2thaco/+4dmg isn't bad for the rest, plus you get the immunities.

There are a couple of blades that are better, but is it really that bad?

Gauths basically use two types of offensive spells: cause serious wounds and lightning. Use protection from lightning and magic immunity: necromancy on a fast, hard hitting character, buff him up and haste him, and send him in. Won't take long.

Try softening up clumps of gauths using fireball ...

I have a human dual classed fighter-cleric. I started him out as a berserker, got him to level 9, then dual classed as a cleric. The cleric is now at level 10 and got his berserker abilities back, but now I can't cast spells.

Okay, this is really bizarre...I encountered Irenicus in Hell, killed all his summoned minions, and wore Irenicus down to "near death" status. But I can't kill him. He dropped out of "slayer" mode and is just standing there, not moving or casting spells or anything. My part is hacking away at him ...
