That would be "her" room, I couldn't find the key or if I did I don't know how to use it. The crystals are what makes the glass jars work(?) Got them from Fretz(?) or someone like that. (That's how I let him die.)

Got the game for Christmas, not a wizard with this stuff. I've searched everywhere in the first "level" and can't find the "keys" to get through the portal(s). Don't know how to use crystals either. I welcome cheats and spoilers (I'm not a young guy!) All in all, I think I did okay so ...
