Almelexia never gave me a blade peice. She talks about forging the blade, but never introduced that quest. I was given the Forge the Blade topic by talking to Berenziah. I have the other two peices of the blade. Almelexia also never asked me to kill Salas Volor, since somehow I had this topic before ...
