Where in Luskan is the smith who creates weapons when you give him the components? I've looked all over and haven't been able to find him.

I agree Datt, but I also would like to point out that it is obviously scripted as to what potion a non-spellcaster can make since I can make one batch of 5 potions of lesser restoration, but not a second.
