Is there an easier way to walk than simultaneously holding down both the W and B keys? I feel like I'm eventually gonna get tendonitis in my left hand. ;)

Also, I have found that the game is pretty buggy when I use the 'mouse look' option. Eg, I'm often unable to pick up items from remains. I have ...
