My PC look kind of like me...Oh wait..It IS me, well it kinda rocks to use a picture of myself. I look scary...

They havn't ny any chance balanced the Beastmaster kit? It has a huge drawback (can't use metal weapons) and puny abilities (animal summoning, cast familiar and +15 hide in shadows).

I played it the first time and was really bored... Swashie is much more fun...=)

How does one get rid of the intelligence drain that the mind flayer gives you?

Im currently playing SoA with a swashbuckler, the thief kit of the year if you ask me. I always forget to backstab anyway so...=)
He works well as a tank thanks to his thac0 and AC bonuses. And not to forget the Three slots in Dual Wielding.
I've never seen the point of dual classing thief-fighter ...

Another good lich-killer is the cloak of sewers. Just polymorph in to the rat and you're immune to his attacks. Watch out for the creatures he summons though...
