I have the same problem. Iwas going to reload the entire game,but because I was already into it I didn't want to lose it.
My sister-in-law plays and the game is superfast and seems fun.
Mine takes forever to even get a reply during a simple conversation. For now I have no answer just the same problem.

I have given the guardian golem the Ring of Gax but can't get past the seal door. HHHEEELLLPPP!!!
