i dont think we undrestood each other...
im asking how to recover text files(.doc) undamaged after formating the drive.

after fomating the drive i have recovered every text file i need but its all filled with strange signs instead of letters(sqares and stuff ).seems it has been damaged during recovering and so im asking is there any way to fix this? maybe debuging...or it has something to do with encoding?

thanks. i've fixed it by formating the drive and then recovering lost data with PC inspector.

well yesterday i tried to install BG1 TOTSC but some files couldnt just copy(i went to full installation) so i've chosen to load this files from CD.actually whole installation was going pretty slow...

but the next day(today :) ) my hard drive(WD 80GB eide uata 100 8mb) just CANT load.like its have ...

do u have win98?or 95?what Hd did you buy? they have trouble reading HDs lager that 40gb accuratly so u have to dl some programs to define them corectly.

well i have a problem-its not fatal but iritating...
with every turning on,pc when starting win asks for some 'network' password and username!i've seen this a million times but not on my pc! :)

i believe u can.even in bg2(hints & tips-when loading area) it says u can...

check this(from readme),there r lot of things so enjoy :)

Note #1: You *have* to keep your BG1 or BG1 + TotSC install after running bg1tutu.exe because we use resources from the BG1/BG1 + TotSC install!

Note #2: You also have to have both installs installed on the same partition of your hard ...
