No I was having this problem before CEP was released but I downloaded it since and still have the same problem. It just looks as if I have to miss out on all the great modules out there

Hey there I'm having an error message which pops up when I try to load some player made modules. It goes - Could not open file because it was created using a newer version of the toolset and/or game resources.

I have all the expansions installed and they have played no problem. Some Modules work ...
