Hi Julian,
Thanks for your suggestions. Yes I placed the characters in different positions and implemented various playing tactics to get past this point with no luck.
I will try your suggestion and reinstall the game and patch.

Help! Cntrls faded after last treant killed in Fell Wood
Hi guys, I am truly stuck in IWDII & have to abandon play. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
I am in Fell Wood killing the treants, when I kill the last treant a path is supposed to be revealed which takes me to the next challenge ...
