So, the lower the intelligence the less chance I have of scribing a spell?

Right, after much effort I've unlocked and read all 8 circles. Now I have the spell disc things that you get, but...

For some reason I can only copy the 2nd and 3rd. The 4th and onwards won't let me - message "you have failed to copy the spell" and I promptly lose the item from my inventory.
