been there, done that, heck ive completed the game a few time sover now and i'm still happily going up in levels, precently 57 and close to leveling again...

every time i level, if i can i get back to that section, or when i export and start a fresh game its some where i head right too to check out ...

thats part of one of the initiation quests for the templars.
Need it to make the lion sheild. keep hold of it.

click on the area inbetween the two guards and if your either an inqusitor or a templar, then tell hem your part of the investigation.

if your not either of them then there is thr <LIE> option.

the guards will then let you in.

In the sewers main level in the lower middle of the map is a skulker/sewer merchant.
Just to the left hand side is a small bit of walkway.

Is there a way to get to it?
