For some reason it's just not workin for me. Not sure what I'm doin wrong, besides feeling like a total arse

I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. I cannot seem to disarm a trap even is it says I have a 99% chance. I have 5 ranks in disarming trap and have'nt been able to disarm the first one. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks. captshub
