I've got the same prob .. the same thing happens to me .. I have not upgraded to the latest on nwn .. but I have installed a version of sou .. could there be a bug in sou that is doing this?

she died when I was fighting one of the high captains ( the one on the dock-side) .. and no .. nothing works .. guess I have to do it without her
