In one of the temples in the Temple District, my swashbuckler was going on a pick-and-steal spree and I found this seemingly useless potion called Festile's Potion, i think.

the first lich, i think, is in the same room where you meet Sassar. I think you can only get there after you get Gaal's Key- basically, do that Cult of the Unseeing Eye if you haven't already.
