I need the patch...plz help

I think interplay is out of business and I cannot find a link to the patch that is not broken. Does anybody know how I can obtain a copy of the patch?

Gotta serious problem, maybe. Need to get the patch for the game, but with Interplay's financial problems, I cannot find a link to the patch that works anymore and simply cannot get it. Their site is gone, and I am stuck. Anybody know where I can obtain a copy of the patch?!?!?!
