Confusion on the leveling bonuses
Please pardon my ignorance. ;) I've read that in order to receive the maximus bonus (multiplier??) for each level, you should gain 10 points total from your major/minor skills, AND get 10 points from your Misc skills for a total of 9 bonus points? Do you do this for each specific attribute? Meaning ...
