Arthas won't appear when World of Warcraft first comes out, but they plan to add Northrend to the world as well as other new lands and story. According to what I've learned from Blizzard.

Arthas is in WoW! ;) but he isnt important in any way, hes just sat on his new throne doing what he pleases ...

i say they shud remake alltoghether keeping the few key elements in it, such as, weaponry (add more aswell), armour (add more aswell), characters (maybe add a couple more races), they should carry on from the storyline but add little add on lines to totally throw u off the scent of the ...

this kinda thing happened to me aswell, i think it jus automatically completes that bit of the mission, talk to the guy again and he should tell you the next thing to do!
if that dont work then try stealing them again, u never know they may have respawned!

the scariest thing thats happened to me is, when i was following a High-Ordinator, just walking behind him, copying his every move (as you do :D ) then suddenly he turned straight around and because i was so close to him, this really loud *Ching* and "You Shall Pay... With Your Blood" came booming ...
