I put on the ring, and then I couldn't turn back into human form becuz I couldn't get the ring off. Anyway I can turn back after using the ring?

I've beaten the game, killing Dagoth Ur and all. And I was wondering...can you still improve your ranking with the Blades past Operative and Ashlanders past Hearthfriend?

He means that when you go to the canal aarea, drown yourslef in the water. Some weird cinematic-esk thing happens when you die of drowning and u did the pilgramage. Hehehe. Go drown yourself.
