I used the console to move my entire party back to the dungeon

CLUAConsole:MoveToArea ("AR1512")

since I left Minsc there and forgot to pick him up before I left (*bummer*)
Before I teleported in, I removed one of my members, and went in and picked him up. Flawless.

nevermind, problem solved

ok let's bring this extremly annoying issue up front.
what must be done with a chosen pic to make it work as a custom portrait in the game? i've tried everything, it won't work.
