Every time I try to go through the door that leads to lower dorns deep the game gives me an error message and quits anyone else have this problem? is there a patch for it?

what is a potion bag?

I am new to computer D&D and I cant figure out what key to use to get my paladin to lay on hands or how to cast the spells the red cloak item gives you.
I know this is kind of a dumb question but if someone could help I would kiss their feet this is driving me crazy. karen
