When the statue points to Greatwood (around noon) then a chest appears in the first little alcove as you enter the wood. The chest contains a piercing augmentation.

I personally think the frying pan is a gag. When you pick up the first clue to its location the guildmaster talks about a powerful hidden artifact. Obviously the frying pan isnt quite whats expected. Think subtle english humour.

Well I know the chin beard exists because you get it after 1 year of incarceration in the prison.

Thanks. I appreciate the help. That little quandry has been bugging since I bought the game. I'm kind of a completist (nuerotic) with this type of game. Incedentally, any idea where you can get the chin beard.

As for the time, it is a matter of guesstimating. Try and sacrifice just after the clock in the upper right corner is pointing to slightly after the half way mark for darkness. As for the date, I don't think it matters.

Chin Beard Location?

Perhaps im simply blind, but I have checked both locations listed in the equipment section for the chin beard and still cannot find it. Any help would be appreciated.
