I've got my game patched to 1.64 and I still have these problems. I even killed the lady with the ring once and Erb still wouldn't give me the dialouge I needed to complete quest. I also can't the dialouge I need from Galone (or whatever his name is). I also had this problem ...

I did have the game patched up to 1.64 just the other day, which I thought would have fixed my problem too, but no such luck
