Ok, So being somewhat of a computer ignoramus, how do you ampply the console prompt to the shortcut? I hear you put it in the command prompt, but under properties, I only have "start in" and "target"

I have played the game through once already, so I would like to play an uber character for kicks.

This took me for friggin ever to figure out, but simply enough, there is a table on the deck with the police report. It is half way between the crane and the
ankaran dealy.

Also, the Elizabeth Dane quest with the Nosferatu is extremely difficult. As the cop will not give you the police report. Haven't figured this one out yet.

Nosferatu can walk the streets, but cannot get to close to wandering npcs.
THey come equiped with a radar that tells you how close you are to others.
Even still, the only way (that I have found) that you get a violation is if you walk too close to the beat cops.
