Hi...just received the Elizabeth Dane quest from Lacroix...I know I have to go back to Santa Monica to get on a boat to get to the ship...when I go to the beach all I see is Mercurio standing there with the other thin bloods..and no boat to take me to the Dane...is this a bug?...where is the boat to ...
