not at all, its the other way around
scholarship is 3-3-6-9-12
charisma is 0-4-8-12-16

if you upgrade charisma it should only be after
you get a high scholarship, cause some options
in the game require a persuasion up to 9 (johansen, giovanni)

its la_hub_1 taxi_landmark, you simply put a "_" too much between 1 and taxi

as far as i read, the voices where taken out somewhere
in the process of making the game, but in some conversations
they are still there...

you should try raising your stats before entering the asylum and
then go talk to knox

i've tried the first time i heard of the extra 2xp
with giftxp and max out almost everything
(perception, investigation, persuasion) and it wouldnt work
