So I had already hacked the computer and read all emails and files and it's STILL not giving me any dialogue options. If I talk to her, all that happens is she does her whiny "Please, get a doctor." Also, her file doesn't say she's dying, it says she has severe lacerations.

Ok, I need SPECIFIC help on feeding that chic blood cause nothing I try will do anything at all. i have blood packs but the game won't let me equip or give those. is this maybe a character specific piece of the game??? HELP please!!

I have NO idea how to get out of Santa Monica. I'm trying not to cheat too much but did see that you take a cab or sewer but the sewer paths don't have a Downtown area marked so I'm guessing it's not activated.
