I am stuck in a weird place right now...

I have finished all the quest but 1 side quest (the ones listed in walkthrough). The Prince keeps on telling me that I need to talk to the anarchs asap but I can't find useful infos in the last rounds. Jack and Nines aren't there and I can't find them ...

Alrite I am stuck at the very same place. I picked the lock on the door on the right (right hand side when u face the ?queen?) but I can't go in!! The door opens and I can see people but when I try to go in I get stuck!

What can I do to get through that?
