I am currently romancing Sola, so that's probably not it. Plus, in the Sola readme it says he will get abducted by Bodhi regardless of romance.

modders help: problems w/ Sola and Bodhi - spoilers

I just entered the graveyard in Chp 6 with Sola in my party, and oddly, Bodhi did not appear. I quit out and opened SK to check global variables (but didn't change anything), then went back to my saved game and Bodhi appeared, but only abducted Viconia.
