Well if you can do them then explain to me how to do it. I've tried dozens of times but I can't do any other quests at all.

For reading the book what you have to do is you go and highlight it then read the description and that is what the book says that's the only way you can read any of the book i've tried it myself.

Does anyone know how to give offerings at the Chapel of Skorm I know it sounds like a stupid question but I just can't seem to figure out how to give sacrfifices so please someone reply

I personally just beat the game with one of my charachters then use the Sword of Aeons
