I helped the Ithalorian out in the docks and he did not give me any power cells. Is there any other way to get power cells for the speeder?

Stuck on Nar Shadda as well.

I think we need to find the power cells for the speeder in the refugee sector. I helped the Itholorian out and he took off without geing me a power cell. Do you know how else to get a power cell?
