That's the console command for it. Its so hard to find, and I keep forgetting about it, that I just use that usually. And for future reference, to get any occult item, its the form give item_p_occult_bonus... whatever it benefits, that's the thing you put ...

In the Weekapaug Thistle description (Occult Item section on the Gamebanshee site) it is stated that this thing can be found somewhere on the second floor of the Ocean House Hotel. Can somebody explain where exactly the damn thing is?
