XBOX Freeze

This is in XBOX for me. Also, it did come up a while ago, but I don't think it was the same situation and no one at the time had responded -- as I'm kind of desperate for help I hope people see this more recent thread.

I haven't use any cheats. Mine actually freezes up during dialogue between Carth and Jolee, right after u shoot down the fighters. It's so frustrating - I've since started KOTOR II, but it still frustrates me I can't finish KOTOR I.

Someone mentioned the same problem as me, but was not responded to. At the end of the LEVIATHAN level, Jolee asks Carth what happened (after you shoot down a few fighters) and when Carth responded, the game continues in a 6-7 second or so loop showing his face, while the music continues. But the ...
