Umm you might want to consider taking out the people one by one before you plant the explosives, I got through it with my Brujah with only one stam, now that I think about it I don't think I've raised my stam at all and I'm in China town...

I can't seem to get it to work at all I even used the console command so they wouldn't notice me and I still get the failure message from him but never the failed quest in my log? any idea? Oh I have a sneak total of 6 (1 from stealth, 5 dex)
