I did the Xzar quest and have Jaheira in my party, but she still hasnt got the harper visit yet. Why??? Im on my twentieth day and I want that mage ring dammit

Im 17, living in Montreal, Canada
I only play computer RPG (I got no patience for dice,thank you). The first RPG I played was that buggy game Daggerfall. Us Canucks don`t know any better.

I too played throught the game with evil characters. However I had two pcs, because theres not many evil fighters.

1) Main pc- Half-Elf conjurer (can't stand Edwin, that transy bitch)
2) Secondary pc- Half-Orc barbarian
3) Korgan- tank #2
4) Viconia- not a bad fighter(if you buff up with some ...

What's with you guys bashing swashbucklers. Is because they don't get extra points for taking a guy from behind ( if you know what I mean). Anyways I made the best ass evil conjurer, but I dont think he'll be joining a guild who think Orca's are war machines. Anyone see Free willy...

Oh yeah, I dont take kits that NPC have, so you can use original ones and their advantages. Get Keldorn, the game will be a lot easier!
As for which is harder, Dragons are tought but Liches are...very h...

I played throught with an Undead hunter, and I recommend it to any beginners. Have him specialize in mace and long swords and Dual wield. Add an anti charm confusion item, get the mace of disruption(improved) and flame tongue, and you got yourself a vampire slayer

I played throught the original BG with a Ranger/ Cleric. Boy was that a mistake. But the maces and flails in thesequel are a lot better and if you make vampires a racial enemy,you breeze throught a some rought seas so to speak.

Simple, use Keldorn ( if you have him). He'll dispel any protections and then stomp its ass. Have mages cast spells like a flea on crack and some low level monsters to be the dragons chew toys.
