I don't have the game at the moment...
As you described it, you don't have to "buy" the lightsaber forms with feats... but what's with their usage? Can you combine them with feats (power attack, a.s.o.) and with the fighting with two lightsabers or a double-lightsaber or are they only for one ...

1. How can you learn the lightsaber forms, can you choose them like feats (or like force powers...)? Could you learn more than one? Are there special requirements to learn them?
