During the game they give loads of scope for an expansion. Lots of the NPCs talk of rumours from distant lands. The expansion could involve the uprising of daedra worship in the Sommerset Isles. yeah i know but they're just not good in the same way as the DB is evil. other 'good' quest options would be apreciated too. Just like there are Daedric Shrine Quests I reckon it would be cool if there were Quests you could perform for the Nine. Proper detailed quests, not just wayshrines.

soz if this is off topic a bit but there is an NPC, Maiq the Liar, who has some laughs to tell. I think he's the game creators' way of inserting some not so subtle subliminal messages.

khajjit names: khaj-ei, khajta, or khajital for a female
argonian names: yxunomei for female, quixotl for male (aztec, dunno y)

i know oblivion is meant to be a broad game but sometimes i find it to linear. many quests there are only one or two very similar ways to complete. why can't you join the gang from the flowing bowl. why cant you snitch on the dark brotherhood and turn them over to the guards? there are loads of ...

i was really disappointed by the number of factions. in Morrowing there were far more, and all quite different with a decent number of quests. Here in Oblivion we only have 4 main factions.

oblivion works on levelled lists. creatures level with you. so if you're level 1-4 you may encounter stunted scamps on the planes of oblivion, but if your 5-10 they become clannfear and atronachs and dremora and all sorts of baddies.

any other stable outside any other city will sell horses. talk to whoever is in charge (the stable hands normally point you in the right direction), and they will offer you a horse for a certain price

glenroy and renault always drop their swords, but they cannot always be found on the corpses. i usually use a torch to search the floor. keep looking, they're there alright.

try turning difficulty down. oblivion can become very difficult without powergaming, something i hate. instead i turn down the difficulty a bit, and then re adjust it if enemies become to easy again
