I'm next to the end of the game and I don't know what to do with these items:

---1 The two keys that I got from the old guys in Chinatown (I made them friends and then I killed both);

---2 The video tape I got from an apartment in Santa Monica;

---3 The CD-ROM I got from Metalhead company.

I've talked to E. I've done everything like the walkthrough says. But I left this mission ...

I got Lily's diary in her car and then I went straight to the Bank Blood. I got the password to the freezer, but when I got to the room there's no one there! I took a look at the walkthrough and the girl is supposed to be in the chair. But she's not.

Have I done something wrong? What can it be ...
