I tried it today being all or almost all good and got it for around 40,000.

So... get a divorce. Either axe her or have her follow you somewhere and let the bad guys do it. Since you already have all the houses, use the best one to transfer the cash. Guess it depends on how much money you have.

I have seen another way posted somewhere too. Here is the way I have been doing it.

Buy a house, do all the fixin' up, put some trophies on the walls inside (try to use the best ones you have as they give you more money), sell the house, break down the door, run in and get your trophies back, buy ...
